A Gang (Kinetic) Switch is a batteryless, self-powered, and wireless switch which is paired with a transmitter to control lighting or other electrical appliances up to 10amps such as a small water heater.

The wireless gang switch contains a mechanism that converts kinetic energy into electrical energy in the form of a voltage pulse. It works both when the lever is pressed and released. This actions sends a signal to the configured transmitter which turns on lights or appliances.
