If there are any problems with the product you have received, we’re here to help. Our return and refunds policy will only apply to customers residing and purchasing in Singapore.

You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive the return instructions.
Your product must be in the original packaging.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns are only for defective products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any defective products. A reply with instructions will be sent out in two working days.
You will have to bear the return shipping cost to ilet Pte Ltd. We advise customers to send the product back to us with postage tracking. Walk-ins for exchanges will be by appointment only.

Once we receive your product, we will send out an email to inform you. We will then immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your returned product has defects, we will initiate an exchange where we will send you a new product as per your original order.
In the event that the product is out of stock, we will offer you another product line. For example, the same product in a different color.
If the attempts to make the exchange are not satisfactory; for example, the new product sent out for exchange is also defective or the product is out of stock, we will then offer you a refund for the product.
In the event that the returned product works upon our checks (product has no defects), re-delivery cost will be borne by yourself. ilet will only send out the same product for re-delivery once shipping fee is collected. Collection of product at our office will be by appointment only.
If a refund is agreed upon, you will receive the refund either by cheque in mail or by bank transfer.
Bank transfer refunds can only be given once the customers give their bank account number to ilet Pte Ltd.
Refunds will be processed in 30 days from when the refund is agreed upon or from when ilet Pte Ltd receives the customer’s details.
