Public Area Incidents
While comprehensive statistics for STF incidents in public areas are limited, specific cases highlight the risks:
Teck Whye Lane Incident: An elderly man slipped and fell on a slippery walkway near Block 17 Teck Whye Lane in December 2024, raising safety concerns among residents. The Online Citizen

In 2023, ilet together with Singapore tertiary institutional collaborated to create a non toxic ease solution to resolve slippery tiles issue. We have applied to factory restroom to home bathroom, as this product is new, unlike any of the existing anti slip coating solution in the market. This is a permanent fix.
This product have been tested by SETCO for fractional Index with HDB witness.

This 20 litre ilet tile cream about to cover a floor area of 50m2 with single use and if recover for 2nd use able to cover 80m2 of tile floor surface.

We recently completed a toilet renovation work, to save cost we overlay the floor tiles with new tiles and the basin counter tiles we apply ilet tile cream to enhance the surface strength before applying epoxy flake. In the past the surface will need to be grind first before epoxy can be apply.
